If you have Halo or Halo 2 hearing aids and use an iPhone, chances are you may have recently experienced a strange situation—each hearing aid is on a different memory!
Fortunately, there is a very easy fix to this strange occurrence with Apple devices.
Step 1: Open “Settings.”
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on “Accessibility.”
Step 3: Scroll down to “Hearing” and tap on “Hearing Aids.”
Step 4: Tap on the “R+L.”
Step 5: Tap on “Adjust Independently” changing the toggle button from green to white.
*NOTE: Having a different memory in each device only occurs when you use the Native Controls to make a change. (e.g. When you triple click the circle on your iPhone).
