Ready. Set. Hear. is a one year triggered email program created to help new patients successfully transition to their new hearing aids.

Most of the emails are sent within the first six weeks (post hearing aid fitting) with tips, instructional videos and aural rehabilitation games designed to encourage your patients to use and get comfortable with their new hearing aids. This program is intended to increase patient satisfaction and help lower return rates over time.
