Controlling volume

You can easily increase and decrease the volume on your hearing aids using the Thrive Hearing Control app. On the home screen of Thrive:

• Slide the volume slider on the right and left hearing aid to adjust individually.
• Or slide between the right and left volume sliders to adjust both the left and right hearing aids simultaneously.
• Double-tap anywhere on the sliders to return to the default volume set by your hearing professional.
• Tap the mute button anytime to mute both hearing aids. Tap again to unmute.
