You may know that your odds of having hearing loss increase as you age (we’ve written about it here and here). And you also may know that a majority of people with hearing loss don’t treat it (we wrote about that here).

What you may not know is why it makes a difference if don’t treat it.

Well, a survey by the National Council on Aging has your answer. It surveyed thousands of hearing impaired adults and found that those who didn’t wear hearing aids were more likely to report depression and anxiety and were less likely to participate in social activities than their hearing impaired peers who wore hearing aids.

So now that you know, the choice is up to you.

Want to see if treating your hearing loss can really make a difference? Tis the season to give it a try. Go here to schedule a 30-day risk-free trial of hearing aids and change your life starting now.
