Do you wear an Eargo, Lexie, or Go Hearing hearing aid? If so, you’re going to want to hear this:
LXE Hearing, the parent company of Eargo, Lexie, and Go Hearing devices, recently announced they’ve made the difficult decision to shut down operations in the U.S.
What does this mean if you currently wear their hearing aids?
According to LXE Hearing’s website, your Eargo, Lexie, or Go Hearing hearing aids should continue functioning as normal. But the company’s customer service, warranty services, replacement parts, app support, and any further support will no longer be guaranteed after September 15, 2026.
So, what should you do now? On the bright side, you don’t have to steer the course alone.
